The Leidos Defense Group has an exciting Project Manager opportunity, based in Stuttgart, Germany. Communications and IT Services III (CITS III) offers an opportunity to work in a full spectrum enterprise IT service delivery environment in locations across Africa and Europe. Primary Responsibilities
• Provide overall management of specific project to ensure that the technical solutions, schedules, and budgets are implemented in accordance with the project specifications.
• Deliver & consistently report on project timelines, risks, constraints, cost, schedule and performance targets of multiple programs with matrixed resources and ‘agile’ priorities.
• Work with customer and program teams to ensure milestones and tasks are delivered on time and within budget.
• Leverage strong proficiency with MS Office suite to develop and maintain functional project schedules and reports, including custom resource utilization and cost/schedule/performance metrics reports.
• Perform Risk Management and mitigation.
• Ensure efficient application of document, change, configuration, release, and quality management processes
• Responsible for reviewing processes, and resources and making improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Performance and direct project planning and scheduling, cost estimating and monitoring, and reporting required for all assigned projects and requirements.
• Weekly project or other regular site-level meetings with Government leadership on project performance and deliverables.
• Support project reviews and briefings; report on issues or related problems and potential risks.
• Manages project scope, stakeholders, schedule, cost, logistics, and risks.
• Manage relationships with customers and stakeholder.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or a Masters with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Must hold an active Secret level clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI.
• Certified Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Familiar with DoD IT Service Management (ITSM) in Europe.
• Experience in a quality assurance environment that includes, customer satisfaction tracking and continuous service improvement
• Experience leading complex interdisciplinary projects in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
• Experience accessing and evaluating information technology systems and making recommendations to management about incorporating systems into the enterprise information technology environments.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment, and maintain a positive attitude
• Critical thinking – ability to visualize and articulate end-to-end systems solutions involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Possession of excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of travelling to international locations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft products: Office, Visio, Project, Excel and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications
• Joint, Combatant Command, Service Component, or North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) staff experience preferred.
• ITIL certification
• Past experience at USAFRICOM, USEUCOM, USAREUR, or USARAF. .
• Industry recognized Information Technology Certifications and Project Management Certifications: Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA), Cisco, Juniper, Microsoft, International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC)2, Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC), International Council of Electronic Commerce Consultants (EC-Council), International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE), Project Management Institute (PMI), etc.

Pay Range:Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
