Your Role

Planning, implementing and monitoring complex cross-functional projects within ZEISS AR/VR department
-
Coordination of requirements, timelines and progress with program management and our customers
-
Managing risks and issues arise during projects and ensuring they are mitigated and solved effectively

Ensuring coordination, organization and deadline management within the team and different departments
-
Managing new project requests from customers and ensure an effective planning and decision-making process in this regard

Carrying out test evaluations and creating reports

Proactive action tracking and deadline management

Taking on administrative and organizational tasks Support with project work and risk management
Your Profile
-
Completed studies in the field of (business) informatics, industrial engineering, business administration or comparable
-
significant professional experience in project management in an international context
-
Interest in ophthalmic lens technology and/or augmented reality technology is a must, knowledge in these areas a clear plus
-
Ideally experience in working with US tech companies
-
Strong experience in change management and complex transformation projects
-
Comprehensive understanding of the overall E2E delivery process landscape, as well as interdependencies between other modules and cross-functional integration

Analytical strength and the ability to quickly understand and present interrelationships and dependencies

Excellent communication skills and solid negotiation skills

Business fluent English and basic German language skills
