Job Description:
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Leads projects with focus on 4 Project Dimensions (Scope, Schedule, Cost and Quality)

Leads Agile and Waterfall project as per ATI PMO Processes
-
Follows Allison Project Management Methodology as set by the PMO based on PMI PMBOK / Agile and Waterfall methodologies
-
Manage vendors and deliver projects in a highly outsourced environment working with both on-shore and off-shore resources
-
Manage all deliverables with focus to drive towards meeting RTM (Requirements Traceability Matrix), Project Exit/Closeout criteria and Project Success factors

Participates in and facilitates leadership steering group & project status meetings; develops/distributes status reports

Maintains resource forecasting, planning & work assignment allocations

Responsible for project planning. Identifies estimates and presents cost, schedule and risk for the project

Influences others to drive issues to resolution

Compliance with Internal and External Audits as related to IT projects
-
Facilitates projects and decisions to keep driving towards overall business objectives

Manages projects, consultants and project resources, assures projects are delivered according to scope, design, budget and timelines as outlined by the Sponsor and as documented in the charter / Project Definition Package

Provides reporting analysis and review of Program / Project status to senior leadership

Negotiation Project SOWs with vendors, consulting firms, hardware and software companies to deliver a project
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Required:
-
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in progressive Program/Project and IT Management role
-
Demonstrated ability to lead projects with budgets in excess of $500k through successful implementation using strong project management principles
-
Project Server/SharePoint tool set, TFS, ServiceNow
-
US Citizenship or Permanent Resident
Preferred:
-
Project management experience with an IT integrator
-
PMP Certification
-
Engineering and/or manufacturing project management experience
-
Experience in running HRIS and User Productivity Tooling Programs
-
Proven understanding of SEI - CMMI practices, PMBOK and ITIL
