As part of Red Bull North America, the IT Project Manager is responsible for the overall coordination, communication, and delivery of enterprise technology projects including business applications and infrastructure in all governance formats: waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies. As an expert in the science of project management, the IT Project Manager is often the “face” of the most visible and complex technology projects and is responsible for developing the plan and driving the project to completion through its lifecycle with cross-functional teams. The breadth of projects and services they are expected to support range widely and which may include but not limited to; mobile software to IT infrastructure, integrated ERP solutions, market expansions and reconfigurations, and insights reporting.
Job Description
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Control and communicate key elements of technology projects to ensure their delivery based on aligned scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
Define and drive "right-sized" project management processes for owned projects.
Assist with the forecasting of internal resource capacity.
Estimate project costs and manage the portfolio budget (includes related scope control).
Oversee and manage external consultants and vendors contracted to the project.
Continually identify, prioritize, problem solve and mitigate project risks.
Define the business problem and primary objectives of new projects.
Coordinate requirements walk-through and sign-offs, verifying with user representatives/stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs.
With the support of the project team, analyze and model the business domain to create a complete picture of work-flows and technical requirements fulfilled by existing and proposed technology.
Define the scope and objectives of projects and establish communication channels to ensure that final deliverables of technical team meet the expectations of the end users.
Develop high-level dashboards / reports and communication processes to ensure aligned information across the project team and organization.

Successful execution of project methodology for technology projects in all appropriate formats: waterfall, agile/scrum, and hybrid.
Provides expertise regarding the integration of applications across the business.
Understands and consistently applies the attributes and processes of current project development methodologies.
Viewed both internally and externally as one that understand the context of the relevant business function and is a technical expert / critical technical resource across multiple disciplines.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing IT projects
Expert understanding and previous experience with standard project management methodologies and delivery approaches (waterfall and agile) including the frameworks outlined by PMI and Scrum Alliance
Extensive working experience with relevant project management and communication tools (MS Project, Workfront, JIRA, Confluence, etc) and how to apply them practically based on the project needs
An understanding level knowledge of technical architecture, application systems design and integration
Experience conducting technology market scans and facilitating vendor RFP exercises
Experience and ability managing projects of varying sizes, complexities, and team structures
Experience working with highly governed testing for technology solutions
Strong communication and reporting skills with all levels of the organization including senior management, vendors and consultants to align progress, issues, and decisions
Experience with SAP or other ERP-integrated solution is a plus
Experience working for a global company preferred
Additional Information
The base salary range for this position is $84,000 - $126,000 + cash incentives Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
