Position Overview
The Intern- IT Portfolio Administrator will support the IT Portfolio Management team in managing and optimizing the IT project portfolio. This role involves assisting with project record creation at the oversight of Portfolio Leadership, facilitating internal team solutioning, and interacting with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
Essential Duties
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project records under the guidance of Portfolio Leadership.
- Support the facilitation of internal team solutioning and coordination.
- Help maintain and update the IT project status dashboard.
- Provide administrative support for IT portfolio management activities.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for IT portfolio reviews.
- Participate in meetings and document key takeaways and action items.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of IT project management principles and methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or work experience in IT or project management.
- Familiarity with IT portfolio management tools and software.

Salary Range:
$34,000.00 - $54,000.00
The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis.
