What you’ll do:
As an IT PMO, you will be the bridge between the IT organization and the business areas in the region, consolidating and communicating the cluster portfolio, acting as a reference point for other local IT Members and supporting in project scope definition for the business. If you have great analytical and organizational skills, can easily communicate and collaborate with others, and can adapt quickly and effectively to changes in your environment, this is your chance! In detail, you will:

Contribute to IT transformation strategy, building E2E solutions, supporting project scope and prioritization activities, aiming to improve efficiency and in alignment with business goals;

Manage the budget for the NoLA IT cluster;

Work in collaboration with global, local and regional IT teams to avoid silos and build connected solutions;

Support core IT governance processes across local and regional teams, ensuring alignment between corporate IT and the business, managing investment, projects and delivering services;

Ensure continuity of critical IT services for the region, evaluating importance and urgency of systems and services;
-
Aim for continuous improvement within the area, establishing action plans to decrease turnaround times and streamline processes, providing quality customer service;

Identify and drive opportunities for synergy across the IT area, both locally and regionally.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).
Who you are:
You have:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Administration or related areas;
-
Experience as an IT lead in multinational companies;
-
Experience with ERP systems;
-
Experience with project, budget and IT management activities;
-
Experience with problem-solving and solution development from design to system implementation;
-
Advanced English;
-
Advanced Spanish.

You will be based at the Mexico City LA Commercial Office. Located in Miguel Hidalgo, it is one of the centers of Electrolux’s Sales and Aftermarket operations in the North of Latin America, and the workplace of teams focused on delivering outstanding consumer experiences.
