Kemper interns will be exposed to the following concepts and experiences:

Understand how the IT Operations team’s program management office functions and provides value to Kemper

Assist with revising program management standards and support project implementation including building PowerPoints and coordinating communication with subject matter experts

Provide support with data reporting and exhibiting data in a variety of formats

Participate in team meetings to understand the daily function of the team including key initiatives and progress on projects
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE):

Junior or Senior status enrolled at Northwestern University, University of Chicago, University of Wisconsin-Madison, or University of Notre Dame

Qualifying majors in an academic area related to financial services or insurance industry, such as, finance, data analytics, communications, information systems, accounting, or business administration

Non-business majors are welcome if strong interest in financial services and/or insurance industry

A minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 GPA scale

This position may require work in the office 3-4 days a week

The hourly rate for this opportunity is $22.00.
