Description
Ceragon Networks, the global innovator and leading solutions provider of 5G wireless transport, is looking for a IT Operation and Sales manager to join our team.
- Responsible for managing processes in the sales and operations domains within IT, overseeing two main teams: ERP Logistics Team and Salesforce Team.
- Collaborating closely with the operations and sales departments, including senior management to ensure the process and systems meet the organization’s business and strategic requirements.
- Managing and leading projects to improve business processes, identifying gaps, and recommending innovative solutions.
- Support and improvement of existing applications
- Creating an annual plan and tracking its implementation daily.
- Budget control and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintaining regular communication with software vendors, working on agreements and contracts
- Working with the internal IT team creating and coordinating work plans, resources, developments and more.
- Ensuring alignment and integration between ERP and Salesforce systems
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in leading Operation and Sales processes transformation within the IT domain.
- Experience with logistics ERP systems and SF (Oracle ERP/Oracle Cloud preferred).
- Ability to work with senior management and business leaders.
- Leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams.
- Project management experience with a focus on process optimization
- Leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and resources
- Experience with SalesForce.com
- Business-related degree or equivalent industry experience
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
