Job description
The IT Marketing & Sales Team Leader will be part of our IT department, leading and developing a set of teams responsible for our Marketing & Sales Platform in 11+ countries. In this context, you will have the opportunity to develop your professional career working in a Technological and innovative environment and creating best-in-class engineering teams.
We are looking for a dynamic candidate, customer and result oriented, driven by processes and methodology, and powerful negotiation/communication skills.
Main Responsibilities

You will act as principal responsible for a set of Marketing & Sales teams (and members part of them) which develops and operate the marketing & sales tools in Verisure.

Fostering the creation of best-in-class teams, products and solutions, through your leadership, knowledge and experience

Lead a team means, take responsibility for its success and improvement.

Developing teams members with different roles: Product Owners, technical roles, Sw quality engineers, etc). You are the responsible of making the team shine.

Proactively identify team weak points and promote the change and continues improvements mindset. Think on solutions out of the box.

Define Team and individuals’ objectives.

Supporting teams on dependencies and problem solving across organizations.

You will be accountable for overall domain(scope) responsibilities: solutions, delivery, service operations and budget, leveraging on your teams performance.

Stakeholders management to create a good relationship with our Marketing or Sales business across the countries. Responsible for supporting and helping the teams in the interlocution and management with the different stakeholders.

Understand and rationalize business needs, helping to prioritize them and negotiating based on the IT budget, together with your team Product owners.

Providers management to strength the relation with them and develop a win-win approach.

Propose and implement innovation within the team, in solutions and countries.

Empowering teams and be responsible of creating multi-country scalable solutions which follow global IT architectural standards.

You will collaborate with your colleagues on developing and evolving the IT organization you belong
Required Qualifications:

Computer Engineering / Telecommunications Engineering / Bachelor's Degree

Level of English: C1 or higher
At least 4-5 years of experience:

Leading engineering and other roles teams
-
Developing and other IT roles as Product Owner or Scrum Master.

Managing stakeholders in a multi-country approach

Managing C-level stakeholders
-
Working in agile teams, responsive to changing business priorities.

Capacity management
