JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide expert knowledge, experience and an innovative approach to support and implement Group IT strategy ensuring it is continually appraised and updated to reflect the IT requirements to support the strategy of the Turkiye business.

To be a decision maker, providing strategic and professional leadership on IT projects and development.

Continually review technical developments to ensure where feasible that efficiency and increased surplus are achieved.

To be responsible for the operational, strategic planning and provision of resource for the delivery of projects and support.

Delivery of projects, both technical and applications, on time and on budget in line with business requirements.

Ensure that user requirements are met and communication during the project journey has been open and realistic.

Oversee all IT related purchasing budget preparation and monitoring with support from Finance.

Represent Turkiye business ambitions, requirements and expectations to the Group Centres of Excellence.

Manage, track and report on local IT Budget, including the alignment with Group IT budget charge out.

Manage the budget (OPEX & CAPEX) of the IT service and lead a team of 5 people.

Responsible for implementing Group IT policies

Ensure local IT team has strong partnership with local business and Group CoEs (SAP, CRM, Infrastructure & BI/Master Data).

Support the digitalisation of our products and services and ensure a strong relationship with Group to support this key business strategy.

Provide proactive comprehensive solution orientated support to managers and employees on all IT matters.

Manage and track all IT related assets ensuring comprehensive governance.

Manage all aspects of our internal audit processes from an IT perspective ensuring essential follow up and compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Proven experience in a senior IT management role, preferably within a multinational company environment.

Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.

Demonstrated experience in successfully managing IT projects (technical and applications) from initiation to completion.

Solid experience in managing IT budgets (OPEX & CAPEX) and procurement.

Experience leading and developing an IT team.

Broad understanding of IT infrastructure, applications (experience with SAP, CRM systems is a plus), BI/Master Data concepts.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels (local and Group).

Experience supporting business digitalization initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Fluent in advanced English
