Job Description

Brightspeed is seeking a talented IT Manager to lead and drive innovation within our Supply Chain Systems team. As we continue to grow, we are committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions that support our mission of transforming telecommunications. You will focus on managing and enhancing our SAP S4/HANA platform to optimize supply chain operations, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems. As IT Manager, Supply Chain Systems, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Drive the development and delivery of SAP S4/HANA-based functionalities to support supply chain operations
  • Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including requirements analysis, architecture, design, development, and ongoing support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Supply Chain modules with enterprise systems like Finance, Ariba, Inventory, HR, Analytics, and Security
  • Ensure supply chain processes align with business and operational KPIs while delivering measurable results
  • Generate comprehensive reports and metrics for executive reviews and stakeholder alignment.
  • Partner with senior leadership to analyze long-term business goals and recommend technology-driven solutions
  • Build consensus and align teams across IT, business, and vendor stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet organizational goals
  • Lead testing cycles during project delivery, performing root cause analysis and issue resolution
  • Develop, review, and maintain functional/application design documents with stakeholders and external partners
  • Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and performance improvements
  • Contribute to project management using SAP Activate methodology and Agile frameworks

Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience delivering SAP Supply Chain and Procure-to-Pay functionalities in an enterprise environment
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing solutions with SAP S4/HANA, including integrations with systems like Ariba, HR, and Analytics
  • Deep understanding of SAP MM, including Master Data, Procurement, Pricing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, and FIORI apps
  • Strong knowledge of SAP testing tools and the ability to handle SAP user exits, batch jobs, and standard reports
  • Hands-on experience with cloud technologies such as GCP or Azure
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms like BigQuery, Looker, or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
  • Experience managing multi-vendor, multi-organizational environments across time zones
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
