Warby Parker is on the lookout for a driven, tech-enthused Coordinator of IT Logistics to join our Technology Services team. This person will help hold the team together by ensuring we're always meeting the technological needs of the entire company in a timely and effective manner. You will support our growing team by working with stakeholders to understand hardware needs and requirements for new hires and new locations. What you'll do:

  • Order and track hardware purchases and returns for our Retail teams
  • Support store openings, retrofits, and relocations by facilitating hardware deliveries and coordinating on-site tech visits for set-up
  • Create and communicate user and location accounts for key systems
  • Own communications with on-site teams, making sure they're aware of scheduled work
  • Create purchase requisitions for hardware and software
  • Support EOL (End-of-Life) equipment communication
  • Partner with third-party vendors to ensure delivery timelines are met and delays are communicated promptly
  • Work closely with the IT Procurement Manager to maintain a healthy stock of high-profile consumables
  • Learn, grow, and repeat by suggesting process improvements

Who you are:

  • Backed by two or more years of experience in a customer service position
  • Curious by nature, always seeking the root causes of issues rather than surface-level solutions
  • A critical thinker with a solution-oriented drive
  • A concise, clear, and creative communicator
  • Passionate about technology, supporting colleagues, and process improvement
  • Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Extra credit:

  • A background in retail or customer experience
  • Project management experience
  • Proficiency with Google Docs and Google Sheets
  • Vendor relationship experience
