Introduction
IT Delivery Support is a department of around twenty professionals within the IT Office of the CIO (OCIO). We specialize in monitoring and reporting on a diverse range of IT services, ensuring excellence in financial topics, Compliance, Portfolio Performance, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), Backoffice Operations, Housing and Communications for IT & Data. Our dedicated team is committed to driving efficiency and transparency across the IT organization.
Your assignment
Since we plan to grow a lot within IT & Data we need to be prepared for the future. We do spend a lot of time working on repetitive tasks and answering the same questions. We are looking for you, an intern, who could either help us in the automation of our day-to-day jobs or help us in finding solutions on how we can work more efficiently.
Key deliverables you could think of are:

Automation of the creation of WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) for our financial administration;

Automation of changes in IT Budget in our reporting tools;

Automation of weekly checks, for example fully control on time writing guidelines and reporting;

Create a (strategy/communication) plan how we can improve the visibility of our team within IT;

Improving our knowledge retention program.
We are open to discuss any topics on what might be suitable for both the intern and us. At the end of the internship, we expect to have a process implemented which helps us in our day-to-day jobs.
This is a bachelor or master apprentice internship for 4 / 5 days per week, for minimum 5 months. The start date is up to discussion.

You have a background related to IT.

Other requirements you need to meet

You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;

You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you ‘re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.

If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
