Join Our Team as an Application & Network Infrastructure Specialist!
Are you passionate about designing, implementing, and maintaining robust infrastructure services? This is your opportunity to contribute to impactful projects and work within a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Application Infrastructure Services and Operation (AISO) team to plan, develop, and support infrastructure services for application systems.
- Manage vendors in delivering design, setup, operations, and security patching for Government Cloud (GCC) and On-premise environments, while supporting the adoption of SaaS products.
- Support network activities on contractual matters, SLA compliance, and operational issues, with 1–3 years of experience in technologies such as LAN, WAN, VPN, and Internet routing.
- Work with vendors to ensure efficient operations management and compliance for government-wide network infrastructure and services.
- Ensure infrastructure setup adheres to IM8 compliance and hardening guidelines.
- Handle IM8 compliance audits, including preparation, responses, and closure.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, and manage risks while providing regular updates to management.
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
