Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving standard IT finance processes, tools, reporting
  • Support all other aspects of IT finances globally (cost center, projects, fees, services):
  • accurate & relevant consolidated quarterly reports.
  • Annual budgeting, forecast, and actuals. That means:
  • Reconciliation of the IT Hyperion Accounts Actual bookings
  • IT Budget Planning (CAPEX & OPEX)
  • Conducting year over year cost and usage analysis
  • Preparing reports and projections based on this analysis
  • Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement and cost savings
  • Providing financial models and forecasting
  • Coordinating with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts
  • Support processing and tracking Invoices and Purchase Orders
  • Support IT Hardware and software license cost synergies
  • Supporting Lease or Buy decisions
  • Collaborate with other Department responsible members, IT vendor management, FI, Standard & PD&T and Communication


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance required.
  • 3 years in an accounting / finance role a plus; Experience with manufacturing a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and an aptitude to quickly learn other software and applications; experience in SAP preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of the organization 's goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the organization 's core business processes and operations, along with the strategic use of technology to grow a business.
  • Demonstrated program management skills, including planning, and controlling processes.
  • Understanding of application development and software development life cycle concepts.
  • Ability to understand and communicate/present detailed and advanced business solutions .
  • Ability to communicate up and down the management chain, providing the appropriate level of detail and focus on the right information.
  • Able to exercise independent judgement and take action on it.
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills .
  • Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and directed .
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Able to persuade / influence stakeholders to drive optimization and standards.
