Position Overview 

Join Our Team as an IT Executive Support Specialist – Boston, MA

As an IT Executive Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless technology experiences for our executives and associates. Your expertise will directly contribute to business efficiency, innovation, and success. 

This hybrid role is based in Boston, MA and requires at least two days on site, subjected to change depending on the needs of the business. in the office. 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Deliver exceptional, white-glove support to executives and associates, ensuring a seamless IT experience. 

  • Resolve complex technical issues efficiently, including hardware, software, network, and audio/visual systems. 

  • Provide hands-on tier 2+ deskside and remote support for Windows, Office 365, and enterprise applications. 

  • Manage device configurations using Intune Autopilot and Intune MDM/MAM for mobile devices. 

  • Troubleshoot and support VPN connectivity, multi-factor authentication (DUO, Okta, MS Authenticator), and remote access solutions. 

  • Partner with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty services (e.g., Dell, Apple, etc.). 

  • Own and lead technology projects, collaborating across teams to drive solutions and enhance user experiences. 

  • Maintain technical documentation and user guides, ensuring best practices and operational excellence. 

What You’ll Do

What You Bring 

Required Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of enterprise-level IT support experience, with expertise in: 

  • Windows OS, Office 365, and enterprise applications. 

  • Microsoft Active Directory, Entra, and Intune. 

  • IT ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.). 

  • Audio/Visual support (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, conference room setups). 

  • VPN connectivity and remote access troubleshooting. 

  • Multi-factor authentication tools (DUO, Okta, MS Authenticator). 

  • Strong customer service mindset, with the ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical users. 

  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills with keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience providing executive-level IT support, ensuring top-tier responsiveness and discretion. 

  • Familiarity with MacOS in enterprise environments (JAMF experience a plus). 

  • Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and best practices. 

  • Ability to create and optimize SOPs for efficiency and consistency.
