The Opportunity
The IT Engineer - Office Tech role encompasses advanced technical support, IT project management for Office buildouts, moves and expansions, and integrating a wide array of productivity and collaboration tools, including SaaS applications like JAMF, GSuite, Okta, and Slack. With 5-7 years of experience, the ideal candidate will excel in utilizing ITSM platforms, troubleshooting complex issues, and effectively managing multiple tasks. About You
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in IT Operations, AV Support, Office buildouts
- Expertise in utilizing ITSM platforms and Project Management software (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Atlas) for efficient tracking of ongoing projects and requests
- A proven track record in conducting thorough research and troubleshooting to resolve intricate technical challenges, enhancing system reliability and performance.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and address multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- A highly self-motivated and proactive mindset, with a keen ability to work autonomously, recognize improvement opportunities, and implement innovative solutions.
- A strong desire for personal and professional development, with a commitment to continuous learning and adapting to the evolving IT landscape.
The reasonably estimated base salary for this role ranges from $95,000 to 125,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
