The Opportunity

Monitor and maintain service levels for onsite support, following ITIL best practices.

Ensure top customer satisfaction by supporting end-users and local management with IT services.

Implement global and regional IT initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders to drive success.

Lead and support network infrastructure, telephony, and hardware projects while ensuring successful adoption.

Partner with business stakeholders to deploy solutions, enhance employee experiences, and support business continuity.

Manage service providers, hardware inventory, and ensure compliance with local and global IT policies.
Who you are:

Must have a BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline or recognition of prior working experience which is equivalent.

3 to 5 years’ experience in providing onsite and/or remote technical support to end users in PC and Mac environments with experience across multiple domains.

Experience with a proven track record of running high performing environments, and professional experience in the area of operational IT services in multiple fields of technical experience
