The Sabre Personal Technology team is looking for a talented IT Desktop Support Technician Intern to provide on-site support at our headquarters in Southlake, Texas.
 
What will you achieve:

  • Support Sabre Staff with Technical Issues at the IT Hub in HQ

  • Prepare Laptops for Deployment to users

  • Installs, configures, and troubleshoots laptop computers

  • Packaging and Shipment of equipment

  • Inventory available equipment

  • Fulfill equipment requests

Preferred Skills:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree or in Management Information Systems/Computer Information Systems/Computer Science or a similar degree, graduating after May 2025.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Mac OS.

  • Knowledge of MS Office 365

  • Support for Mac OS and Windows peripheral hardware (printers, monitors, keyboards)

  • Knowledge of Android or iOS mobile devices

  • Basic network (WAN, LAN, and wireless) troubleshooting

  • Active Directory

  • Microsoft Teams Room System troubleshooting experience

  • ServiceNow Experience for logging and updating tickets and requests

  • In Person Face to Face Support Experience
