The IT Data Analyst position is responsible for documenting business requirements, creating user stories, building wireframes, collecting detailed data and process rules, assisting in building the data solutions, performing quality assurance, implementing, and maintaining our data platforms such as Master Data Management, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence and Data Integration.

Reporting to the VP of IT Business Intelligence & Planning Systems, this position will play a critical role in the success of the information technology department by working with cross-functional businesses to analyze and find revenue growth and customer experience opportunities. This position will work in an agile environment to architect, design, plan, and implement data platforms using multiple technologies. This position will act as the primary point of contact for new feature releases and day-to-day operations of our data platforms using multiple IT teams in multiple locations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the technical lead, work with business owners to identify process and workflow improvements
  • Document the current processes and provide optimal alternatives
  • Participate in systems design, configuration, integration, automation, testing and implementation activities
  • Own all technical aspects of our data platform’s solution configurations, integrations, maintenance, and support activities
  • Work with other IT team members to develop specific configurations and integrations with third-party tools, in-house apps, custom fields, and workflows 
  • Manage new feature deployments, internal testing, UAT by business leads, and rollout of changes across all teams
  • Work with the business teams to understand, define, and create relevant metrics, reports, and associated dashboards in data systems
  • Troubleshoot support issues within our systems as they arise, with detailed mitigation plans
  • Ensure user access, and security roles are implemented thoroughly

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability in business requirements gathering, data and process documentation, creating user stories and mockups, testing, and implementing web applications
  • Must have extensive experience working with data using SQL
  • Must be able to work with modern technologies and integrated stacks using multiple IT teams across multiple locations
  • Prior experience in designing and building Master Data Management applications is preferred
  • Self-starter ability to tinker around and learn the features and inner workings of critical applications (ERP, CRM, Marketing Automation, Communication and Collaboration)
  • Love working in a cross-functional, highly collaborative, and fast-paced environment focused on valued added application features
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal to work effectively with business and IT teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities:
