Oracle Enterprise Applications Developer/Business Systems Analyst
This position is local to the Salt Lake City Utah area and is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. This position is also a hybrid position - analysts are expected to be in the office at headquarters in South Jordan, UT at least 1-2 days per week.
Ultradent—a global leader in oral health—is seeking a talented Oracle Enterprise Applications Developer / Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance our ERP systems in a dynamic and fast-growing pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing environment. This role is instrumental in optimizing systems for Supply Chain, Operations, Financials, Order Management, and Manufacturing processes.
This position will work in the Enterprise Applications team, and interface with the multiple business and IT teams throughout the company to help implement, support, optimize and automate systems that support our business. Candidates should have experience developing solutions for Oracle e-Business suite R12, as well as experience in broad range of enterprise applications beyond Oracle EBS R12.
As a key member of our Enterprise Applications Team, you will:

Develop, configure, program, and maintain ERP and business applications to support critical business functions.

Troubleshoot, personalize, and extend Oracle EBS R12 modules (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Financials, PLM, Order Management)

Design and support system integrations between Oracle and other business applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT and business process improvements.

Convert data, develop code, conduct testing, and manage patch and code deployments.

Stay up to date on emerging ERP enhancements and best practices.

Create and maintain technical documentation throughout project lifecycles.
What you'll need to succeed:

Experience: 2-5 years working with Oracle EBS R12 or similar ERP systems is ideal.

Technical Skills: Oracle Reports, Workflow Builder, JDeveloper, PL/SQL, HTML, APIs, Forms Builder, SQL loader, unix/linux (bonus: SaaS, MES, CRM, Financial, Labeling, and Quality Systems).

Integration Knowledge: Experience with SQL, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), OLE for Process Control (OPC) is a plus.

Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues independently.

Collaboration: Strong communication skills to interact with business analysts, developers, engineers, and stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
