As an IT Business Partner at Cin7, you’ll drive the best practices, process and solutions of Cin7's IT systems. You’ll play a key role in determining the IT vision and strategy across our global operations and leading the projects to conclusion.

Does this sound interesting? If so, here’s what you’ll do in this role:
- Contribute to the IT vision and strategy across an international matrixed organization.
- Lead IT projects as we continue to improve the tools we have as a business and deliver the projects on time and within the agreed budget.
- Act as a trusted counsel and advisor to the business, as a leader with IT expertise and perspective, and being an integral part of the business and people teams.
- Provide IT support for the business’ key objectives, and identify key areas requiring focus and future improvements
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders to drive effective IT initiatives alongside the business strategy.
- Understand the future needs and capability requirements for the organization especially within themes of consolidation, productivity, collaboration and automation.
- Provide strength around managing ambiguity and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to global IT strategic & operational discussions.
- Regularly communicate business updates to leaders on performance, key initiatives and best practices.
- Communicate and discuss initiatives with our Global IT leaders for alignment and feedback before implementation.
- Support people leaders and key stakeholders on all IT matters with excellent communication skills, customer service and attitude.
Here’s what you’ll bring with you:
- 5+ years experience serving leaders and employees as an IT Business Partner.
- Experience performing business analysis, solution design and project management.
- Experience with cloud based systems, CRM, Salesforce (highly desired), ERP, business intelligence, support & ticket management and consolidation of systems.
- Proven experience in selecting, implementing and maintaining purpose-built, cloud software solutions to Marketing, Sales, Implementation, Engineering and Support that save time and cost.
- Experience with virtual and global teams.
- Strong ability to lead through influence and support individuals across diverse backgrounds.
- Deep understanding of IT systems and tools, including the ability to provide deep dive analysis on IT systems to enhance employee experience.
- Successful experience in IT service across a global company.
- The ability to create the framework for processes and best practice.
- Disposition to build strong relationships, advocating for both the leaders and employees.
