What you will do ?
We are looking for a new colleague to join our team of analysts in the IT department for the development of the BPM/DMS system. Your main tasks will include collecting and analyzing requirements, creating specifications for application modifications, and communicating with other departments.
As our future colleague, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position (analysis and collection of IT requirements, process setup, or process analysis), a willingness to propose improvements, and the drive to successfully implement them.
You will oversee the testing process in various scenarios, prepare functional and later automated tests along with testing documentation. Close collaboration with developers, IT analysts, architects, and solution administrators is expected.
You will support production operations at a consultative level for users, improving internal processes for business users with logical solutions to requirements.
Required Qualifications

Experience in designing and developing BPM applications on LLC platforms (e.g. MS Power Apps, UiPath, Nintex…) (2+ years)

Work experience with BPM/BPA/RPA & DMS tools

Active knowledge and experience with UML

Experience in EAI/ESB applications or programming web applications is an advantage
Candidate Requirements / What we expect from you

University degree in economics or a technical field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or insurance

IT knowledge (advanced MS Excel, basic SQL knowledge)

English at B2 level

Practical experience in testing for at least 1 year

Knowledge of testing procedures and methods is an advantage

Salary
The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2.000 depending on the candidate's experience and skills and in accordance with the NN remuneration concept.
