SUMMARY:

Under close supervision the IT Business Analyst I develop the ability to collect, clarify, analyze, and translate business requirements into documentation and functional requirements from which solutions are developed. This role serves as a liaison between supply chain business operations and information systems for requirements, design, development, configuration, testing, implementation, and application support.

You must be eligible to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.

JOB DUTIES

· Provides production support of applications and determines root causes, as well as, proposing and implementing solutions by exercising independent thinking and judgment.

· Manages trouble ticket resolution for multiple applications.

· Responsible for the software configuration in an agile environment including requirements definition, solution design, functional specification and implementation of WMS solution extensions and integrations.

· Defines test approach, develops test cases, and performs software tests before implementation to confirm solutions meet business needs and quality.

· Collaborates with project sponsors and project managers to determine project scope and vision and identify project stakeholders for smaller projects.

· Translates stakeholder requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to technical members of the project team.

· Maintains up-to-date records of issues with existing configuration.

· Supports the development of end-user documentation and training materials as required for new functionality and processes.

· Travel required up to 20-30%

· Presents work for review and sign off by peers and/or management within the work group.

· Recommends improvements to strategy, application usage, or process applying knowledge of the business processes in various functional areas.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Typically requires a bachelor's degree and two (2) to five (5) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

· Strong Supply Chain domain experience with knowledge of Manhattan WMS.

· Experience with Manhattan Active WMS and/or Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI) preferred.

· Knowledge of supply chain concepts with applications used in warehouse.

· Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information verbally, visually, and in written format across all levels of the company.

· Solid technical aptitude.

· Ability to learn appropriate networks, products, and protocols.

· Communication skills.
