This internship is a summer program running from the end of May 2025 to early August 2025. 


The Challenge:


The IT Asset & Support Intern, is a hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day lifecycle management of the T2 Interactive enterprise technology assets as well as IT Support functions. This role ensures that IT assets are properly inventoried, maintained, and disposed of according to established policies and procedures.  Additionally, the role assists with hardware and user access needs.

Working in close coordination with the Asset Management and IT Support team as well as our partners (e.g. Procurement, Workplace Services), the IT Asset & Support Intern will inventory all hardware assets, and support many aspects of the ITAM lifecycle, including inventory management and analysis.

The combination of attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to partner with technical partners allows this individual to ensure the efficient and effective use of IT assets.


 

What You’ll Take On:


  • Track, receive, recover, deploy, and retire technology assets in a controlled manner
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records
  • Monitor inventory tracking and ticketing systems
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain local IT hardware and software according to policies in place
  • Provide 1st Line support to end users on all local IT hardware and software issues
  • Document processes and procedures
  • Performs on-site inventory audits at various times throughout the year
  • Follow written and verbal instructions
  • Lift, carry and move computer equipment as required
  • Performs other related work as required


 

What You Bring:


  • Basic knowledge of an enterprise ITAM framework.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar platform, a plus.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals.
  • Basic working knowledge of core technologies (including but not limited to): AD, MDM technologies, Windows and MacOS/iOS.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, Outlook and query tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, non-business hours, or other scenarios required by the flow of operations.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision with strong initiative and finishing skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to achieve deadlines in a changing environment.
  • Ability to perform initial installations or upgrades of computer hardware, a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Slack, O365, Google Workplace, SCCM, Jamf, AirWatch are pluses
  • Experience working in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Experience working on projects and meeting deadlines.


 Education:

  • Currently attending college is preferred, or relevant experience

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $25 and $25 per Hour. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
