IT Application Support Analyst

We will count on you to:

• Investigate, triage, diagnose, and resolve technical application issues reported by clients.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Unqork, Java Spring, and REST API.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including Unqork, Java Spring, and REST API.
• Helps to provide application support until tickets are resolved.
• Formulate proposals for problem resolution and/or improvements.
• Ensures all relevant implementation, support, and change management processes are adhered to (i.e. Software Development Lifecycle and Change Management).
• Supports Project Teams ensuring technology related projects are implemented successfully and on time with minimal impact to the production environment.
   

What do you need to have?

• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in a technology related discipline; OR a combination of work experience, education, and training equivalent to a two-year college degree in a technology related discipline.
• Minimum of 1 or 2 years related work experience.
• Good knowledge in Java, Spring, REST API
• Knowledge in Unqork (preferred)
• English proficiency.
