IT Analyst (Planning)
About the Role
The Production Planning Analyst supports regional logistics Projects and Programs (eg. Supply Network Optimization, Warehouse Excellence, etc.) using in depth analysis. In addition, the role supports within assigned parameters the implementation of logistics related activities across Business Units. Assist the planning department to create and stablish a new way of working, extracting data from various systems such as APO, SAP, HANNA and BPCS; to align the production planning and production execution.

What You Will Do

Is an integral part of the Logistics Team and continuously monitor and analyze the performance in the IDCs by running and using system reports and via in depth understanding of the various systems used.

Supports Logistics projects by gathering , analyzing and processing required planning and logistics data-sets (volumes , costs, transactions, etc.)

Supports that program processes and tools are effectively used Strengthens the cooperation with the rest of the logistics team, EBL’s, RBL’s, IDC Mgrs. and controlling

Gives input to Projects by executing relevant analyses using simulation tools

Maintains and updates communication tools (i.e. SharePoint) with reports, processes, etc.

Data unification and integration of all part numbers by product family

To aid the team in the analysis for decision making process

Queries various databases for production-related data, such as routings, schedules, and customer orders.
Who You Are

University degree,
-
Min 2 years in related position
-
Practical knowledge of SAP, Forecast, Order Intake, Inventory, Back Order

Forward thinking

Strong Numerical and Analytical Skills and the ability to plan
