Job Description
About your tasks:
- Conduct process analyses, impact assessments, and requirements analyses to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Perform IT-Governance assessments and develop and document governance policies and procedures.
- Monitor IT-Governance performance and risks, and prepare insightful reports and presentations.
- Implement and utilize advanced IT-Governance analysis tools to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Support the adoption of best practices and provide recommendations for process optimization.
Qualifications
About you:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in analyzing IT processes, systems, and data.
- Strong knowledge of IT-Governance frameworks, standards, and tools.
- A detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- German proficiency (B1/2 level) to collaborate effectively in a multicultural team.
