As our company continues to succeed and rapidly grow, we face increasing demands on our systems and processes. This is where you come in. As our Infrastructure & Support Lead, you will ensure all our teams can deliver by providing them with great infrastructure and support.
What you’ll be working on
- Management of Apify's internal SaaS systems including Google Workspace, BambooHR, and Slack. Handling user management, permissions, and integrations between systems to ensure all employees have the tools they need.
- Implementation of new systems, such as a service for SaaS management, automated access management, and other tools to improve operations and efficiency.
- Management of company hardware including laptops, printers, network equipment, and AV setup. Responsibilities include hardware budget planning, procurement, inventory tracking, and ongoing maintenance.
- Helping our teams automate their work.
- Participating in onboarding and offboarding of people, security compliance, and other processes.
- Troubleshooting problems across departments.
- You will take over our current setup and processes, and you will find quick wins, set long-term goals, and drive the backbone of Apify to a scalable and automated future.
They say there are no perfect candidates, but you might be the one if you have:
- Solid technical background.
- Experience managing internal IT in a company with 200+ people.
- Experience with various systems - Linux, MacOS, Windows.
- The ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage time effectively.
- A collaborative, experiment-driven mindset.
- Good communication skills in English.
