About this Position

The incumbent monitors and responds to telephone inquiries regarding all ISP business and operational areas from a select list of field representatives that personally produce a high amount of securities business. The Field Relationship Manager works with associates and management to make and implement recommendations concerning department changes, improvements and enhancements.
This is a remote position.
The estimated salary range for this role is: $72K - $80K

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Answers telephone inquiries from a select group of personally producing Primerica Representatives while building and maintaining a strong relationship with the Field
  • Maintains positive and helpful relationship with clients as a means of projecting Primerica Financial Services quality image and achieving satisfaction
  • Provides support to Representatives in all aspects of products and commissions in the Investment & Savings Product's division
  • Works with members of management of all areas in the division to resolve inquiries or concerns from the sale force
  • Offers ideas and recommendations to improve the efficiency of securities representative service operations
  • Offers suggestions of improvement to area managers to address representatives issues and concerns
  • Track and report operational trends to senior management that affect the field representatives business activity 
  • Identify opportunities to make it easier for the select field representative to do ISP business
  • Compliance with Department Self-Assessment procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or 3 years work experience in Securities Industry
  • Series 6/7, 24/26 required.  Employee should pursue Series 65/66 exam
