The Opportunity:
The NINJAHIGHWAY team develops and maintains high quality analytics, running on authoritative data sources to improve service performance, reliability, agility, and scalability. The team provides support to legacy systems while facilitating the transition to new and innovative improvements
Responsibilities:
As the Software Tools Engineer, you will design and implement secure and scalable DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI) solutions using Infoblox DDI. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex DDI issues, automate DDI workflows to improve efficiency, and provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams on all aspects of DDI, including IPv4 and IPv6.
Qualifications:
Required Experience:
IAT Level 1 (or higher) compliant certification
Ability to obtain PRIVAC and SYS3
Experience with DNS, DHCP, IPAM, Load Balancing (F5/DTC)
Know login management.
Familiar with outages, latency issues, & trouble shooting
Proven experience designing and implementing DDI solutions
Experience with load balancing technologies
Strong understanding of networking concepts, including IPv4 and IPv6
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Fourteen (14) years combined experience as a software engineer, system engineer, system administrator or configuration management engineer. Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited institution is required. Four (4) years of additional experience as a software engineer, system engineer, system administrator, or configuration management experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

DNS experience with an understanding of maintenance of Infoblox
Experience with Infoblox trouble tickets
In-depth knowledge of Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM)
Experience with scripting and automation tools a plus

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$78,700 - $165,300
