The U.S. Product Marketing team is responsible for creating an industry-leading product marketing experience across all client touchpoints, media, and distribution channels in the U.S. and Canada. In an environment that is continuously evolving, how can you help set us apart from our competitors?
As a Product Marketing Manager within Asset Management, you will be responsible for developing engaging and innovative marketing content across a range of asset classes and investment vehicles that showcase J.P. Morgan's expertise in this highly competitive industry. You will have experience distilling complex topics into creative and compelling stories, deep collaboration with stakeholders, and a command of best practices for developing content for a broad and evolving range of marketing deliverables. You will have in-depth knowledge of investment products, understand the competitive landscape, and be well-versed in how the asset management marketplace continues to grow and change.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead the development of engaging, client-centric, and innovative product content through creative thinking and deep product knowledge, including product collateral, digital content, social media posts, campaign components, and thought leadership.
- Partner across Marketing, Investments, Product Strategy, Sales, and business partners to execute on cross-channel content strategies that support our strategic initiatives and drive financial advisor and institutional investor engagement.
- Execute with excellence. Support multiple initiatives simultaneously, deliver industry-leading product content, and adhere to deadlines in a fast-moving environment through planning, project management, and communication.
- Become an expert in our focus strategies, strategic initiatives, industry landscape, and trends to deliver the most impactful and compelling product content.
- Leverage engagement metrics and feedback to continuously optimize content for greater impact.
- Develop and deepen skills for leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Model tools to develop content and drive efficiencies.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 7+ years of investments marketing experience and a demonstrated track record of success and increased responsibilities.
- In-depth knowledge of fixed income, equities, alternatives, and retirement strategies across multiple vehicles, including institutional strategies, mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs, and Model Portfolios.
- Extensive experience developing marketing content for print, web, mobile, audio, video, and social media platforms that demonstrate creative thinking and innovation.
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to partner with and provide direction to investment writers, editors, proofreaders, and designers.
- Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly to all levels of management and stakeholders through both written communications and presentations.
- Strong project management skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate progress, and effectively track deliverables to on-time completion.
- Ability to develop relationships and credibility through effective collaboration with marketing, investment teams, sales, and business partners, and to lead through influence.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team of people across multiple locations.
- Expertise in PowerPoint presentation development and strong proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft applications, including Acrobat and Excel.
- BA or BS degree.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Investments marketing experience with a large asset management firm.
- Professional experience using LLM/AI tools to aid in the creation of content and drive efficiencies.
