Job Description
We are looking for a colleague, who would join the Finance and Investments team to focus on Investment decisions in renewable energy sector. We value openness, partnership is our strength, and responsibility makes us a great team. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Coordinating Investment decision and execution in the renewable energy sector
- Leading the development of financial models to evaluate investment and M&A opportunities, and supervising team members
- Leading due diligence, reviewing transaction deliverables, and participating in M&A document preparation
- Preparing and presenting investment-related materials to stakeholders and decision-makers
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (legal, engineering, procurement) and coordinating junior team deliverables
- Leading internal approval processes and preparing board materials, including presentations and memorandums
- Monitoring portfolio investments, conducting market research, and providing insights on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, Mathematics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, investment management, or a related field
- Strong financial modeling skills and experience with valuation models
- Experience in conducting due diligence on investment opportunities
- High level of accountability, strong communication skills, structured thinking, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects under strict deadlines
- Excellent command of English.
Would be an advantage:
- Experience in negotiating with external counterparties
- Enrollment in CFA, ACCA, or a similar qualification.
