In this role, you will
- Participate in the execution of investment transactions from due diligence to closing
- Conduct in-depth market and business analytics using internal and external data
- Identify and implement new trends and techniques to drive growth
- Source and secure additional financing for the company
- Assess investment potential of various projects and analyze financial performance
- Develop strategies to minimize risks and enhance investment attractiveness
- Foster relationships with investors, venture funds, partners, and other stakeholders
- Prepare presentation materials and business plans for potential investors
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
- Monitor market trends and legislative changes
It’s all about you
- Experience in investment firms, banks, venture funds, or financial departments
- Proficiency in financial market analysis tools and methods
- Strong analytical skills and experience in investment modeling
- Ability to develop and implement investment strategies
- Understanding of financial market dynamics, especially in the technology sector
- Track record of acquiring at least $1 million in investments
- Experience in acquiring investments in IT companies
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and flexibility
- Fluent in English (C2 level)
- Experience with term sheets from a legal perspective
- Background in jurisprudence
- Familiarity with foreign legal documents and contract nuances
- Understanding market subtleties
