Position Description
Delta Dental of Michigan is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our team as we continue to grow. As a member of the Human Resources team, the Talent Acquisition intern will have the opportunity to learn about Talent Acquisition and other areas of Human Resources.
Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Conduct phone screens for candidates

Schedule meetings, assessments, and interviews

Assist in recruitment-related correspondence, including job postings and candidate inquiries

Provide support for onboarding activities and new hire orientations

Attend campus career fairs with the Talent Acquisition team

Minimum Requirements:
Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in human resources, communications, business, or a related field. Must have strong communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency with word, excel and outlook. Experience with an ATS or HRIS system is preferred.
