Our team of 100 employees specialises in the development of both software and hardware solutions for a variety of quantum applications. We thrive on innovation and are looking for a talented Media Studio Intern to help amplify our brand’s visual storytelling through dynamic multimedia content. 

As the Media Studio Intern, you will be responsible for managing Quandela’s video studio and orchestrating the creation, production, and publication of engaging multimedia content, including videos and photography.

You will also oversee the management of the Quandela YouTube Channel, ensuring high-quality, brand-consistent content that resonates with our audience and enhances our digital presence. 

Key Responsibilities 

Video Studio Management 

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Quandela video studio, including equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. 
  • Organize and maintain all audiovisual equipment and ensure the studio is production-ready at all times. 

Content Creation & Production 

  • Plan, film, and edit videos, from concept to final cut, for use across multiple platforms (YouTube, website, social media). 
  • Capture high-quality photographs to support marketing campaigns, internal communications, and product showcases. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Sales, HR) to produce content that highlights Quandela’s innovations and culture. 

YouTube Channel Management 

  • Manage and optimize the Quandela YouTube Channel, including uploading, scheduling, and maintaining video metadata (titles, descriptions, tags). 
  • Monitor video performance, analyze key metrics (views, engagement, retention), and recommend strategies to grow the channel’s reach and audience. 
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and communicates complex technical concepts in an engaging and accessible manner. 

    Social Media & Marketing Support
    • Develop visual content for social media channels, ensuring brand consistency. 
    • Assist in crafting engaging video snippets and infographics for digital campaigns. 
    • Monitor media trends and propose new creative ideas aligned with our brand. 

Technical Support

    • Set up and operate audio-visual equipment for internal and external events. 
    • Troubleshoot minor technical issues during live or recorded sessions. 
Requirements

Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a program in Media Production, Communications, Marketing, Visual Arts, or a related field. 

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator). 
  • Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve). 
  • Understanding of Blackmagic audio production and video recording equipment. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

Preferred: 

  • Experience in science or tech-related content production. 
  • Interest in quantum computing or emerging technologies. 
  • Knowledge of social media trends and platform-specific best practices.
