For our recently launched outstanding biological manufacturing and development concept in Visp, Switzerland, we currently have an opening for students who would like to do an internship or write a thesis linked to the pharmaceutical industry. This internship will be in Analytical Development in Biologics Mammalian. Become part of this exciting opportunity and join our team by applying for this internship.  

 

The duration is between 6 and 9 months. 

 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Contribute to the routine testing of protein therapeutics (HPLC, CE SDS, icIEF, LC-MS or other methods) 

  • Generation and collection of high-quality data, including performing data analysis and interpretation of results

  • Working independently on the implementation of improvements and development of new technical solutions

  • Maintenance of laboratory equipment and responsibility for associated laboratory activities. 

 

Key requirements: 

  • Basic knowledge of biochemical methods is a must. Hands-on laboratory experience is beneficial

  • Scientific curiosity and interest in analytical chemistry

  • Skills in data analysis and interpretation are desired

  • Basic knowledge of programming languages is a plus

  • Collaborative and good communication skills in English.
