Service Coordinator Intern support departments in an administrative, organizing and supporting, to guarantee an effective and efficient execution to support ASML Cymer Site operation
Role and responsibilities1. Service coordinator work 2. Business support to Customer support (CS), and the relative activities and office support
3. Customer badging application
4. Safety training & clean room test arrangement
5. WPS for new hires and supporters
6. Reporting summary and data analysis (material report)
7. Administrative, meeting arrange support by department request
8. Department activity: Team building, afternoon tea, Outing, team dinner etc
Education and experience
Both master or bachelor degree are ok
SkillsEnglish communication (read / write) with medium level Known for basic excel and PowerPoint
