YOUR ROLE
You will join the Group Communication team (10 people) working on all communications topics at Group Level, closely with the top management and the business units around the world :
- Press relations
- Social Media
Media Relations & Social Media Project Manager
The Media Relations & Social Media Project Manager will join the Media Relations and Social Media team (3 people) and will report directly to the Group PR and Social Media Manager.
The Media Relations and Social Media team handles Group's media relations (press releases, interviews, meeting, conferences). The team also develops Edenred's ecosystem on social media, ensures media and social media watch, and takes part in the implementation of crisis communication strategies, when required.
Media relations
Participate in the definition and execution of the Group's media relation strategy.
You will be in charge of :
- Managing media relations activities for the Group (PR, briefings, reports...)
- Acting as an interface for local and international journalists, proactively and reactively
- Coordinating media relations activities around the world (validation of local draft PR)
Social Media
Participate in the definition and evolution of the Group's social media strategy. You will be in charge of :
- Onboarding Edenred's executives on social media, especially on LinkedIn
- Participating in the roll-out of an employee advocacy program
- Monitoring clients' and employees" reviews on Social Media and Glassdoor
- Publishing a monthly newsletter on LinkedIn
You will support the whole team on the following topics :
- Supporting the creation of external content for the Edenred website and for the next integrated report
- Internal content production for Edenred employees, including two newsletters
Your profile
- BAC +4/5 in the field of communications
- Fluent in French and English
