About the role:
As an Intern you will be supporting one of our Order to Cash teams in their daily tasks. You will work on the verification of the completeness and accuracy of received debit notes and log Dispute Cases in the system. You will also help monitor customer payments and account analysis and perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

This is a temporary 3-month position, part-time 20 hours per week, paid 28PLN / hour.
In detail, you will be responsible for:

Process AR incoming documents

Resolve AR processing related issues

Respond to customers inquiries in a timely manner

Assist with monthly closing activities

Actively support other AR processes when required
Qualifications & Requirements:

University student or graduate
-
Availability to work 20 hours per week for 3 months

Good English, both speaking and writing

Good MS Excel skills
-
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team

You will be based in a modern office in Krakow. Our Global Shared Service Center provides services for all companies in the Electrolux Group worldwide.
