We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive International Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This critical role supports and enhances all facets of our global talent acquisition process, ensuring seamless operations and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all administrative aspects of the talent acquisition process, including crafting job postings, reviewing candidate applications, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters and contracts.
- Coordinate candidate travel arrangements, and manage logistics for interview-related activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience.
- Respond to candidate inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Generate and analyze reports from the ATS to track recruitment metrics, trends, and progress.
- Assist in executing employer branding strategies, such as designing recruitment campaigns and collaborating on social media initiatives to attract top talent.
- Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and partnerships with educational institutions to enhance visibility and outreach.
- Plan and coordinate recruitment-related events such as job fairs, networking sessions, and in-house recruitment drives.
- Ensure compliance with global employment laws, regulations, and company policies during all stages of recruitment.
- Track and manage recruitment expenses, including processing purchase orders (POs) and monitoring invoices.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR team members to align recruitment needs and deliver timely hiring solutions.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement by preparing and sharing comprehensive recruitment reports
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration while a benefit is not essential.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in a coordinating roles, preferably within talent acquisition or human resources.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism in candidate and stakeholder interactions.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and administrative tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate data management and reporting.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a global team.
- Familiarity with global employment laws and regulations is highly desirable.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to streamline recruitment processes and drive efficiency.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity to navigate international recruitment landscapes effectively.
