Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets in the logistics sector.
- Identify, approach, and secure new clients while expanding business opportunities with existing accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored logistics solutions to enhance their supply chain operations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and competitive terms.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and product development, to ensure the seamless execution of client requirements.
- Track and report on sales performance and account metrics, providing regular updates to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or key account management within the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Fluency in Chinese and English (mandatory).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value client accounts.
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, supply chain solutions, and market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
