International FP&A Analyst

Job Description SummaryThe International FP&A analyst plays an important role in digitizing the financial metrics monitored across GEHC International operations. He/she will be responsible to create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support financial analysis, collaborate with team members to understand data needs, and analyze large data sets to identify trends and insights.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support financial analysis and decision-making.
• Collaborate with finance team members to understand data requirements and deliver visual solutions that meet business needs.
• Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic financial decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks.
• Provide training and support to finance team members on the use of data visualization tools and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data visualization and financial analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven 6 to 7 years of experience with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large data sets.
• Proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation languages.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the finance industry or a related field.
• Knowledge of other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView).
• Familiarity with financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
