Meet the team: 

Dexcom is seeking an International Business Operations Analyst to work closely with commercial excellence, customer service and sales team in Spain, to provide analysis and insights to support the delivery of local business plans. The individual should be a self-starter and is comfortable working with large, complex and diverse data sets to provide actionable and insightful information to business partners. 

 

Where you come in: 

  • You will liaise with Hospitals and Health Centers. You will establish new processes, resolve issues, manage documentation, and monitor payments. 

  • You will manage Client Offers. 

  • You will manage the Database. You will develop, maintain, and manage databases in Excel. 

  • You will assist the Customer Service department by resolving queries and issues related to internal processes and client accounts. 

  • You will support in managing documentation related to financial processes (billing, accounts receivable/payable). 

  • You will Track, update, and manage reports. 

  • You will work closely with the Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure operational efficiency. 

  • You will communicate clearly, present data, and solve problems during internal meetings, providing support and innovative solutions to continuously improve the department and customer experience. 

  • You will appropriately manage and escalate issues. 

 

What makes you successful: 

  • You have proven experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role. 
  • Your proficiency in using analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is essential. 

  • You are familiar with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva) and other sales-related software. 

  • You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Your technical aptitude includes Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. 

  • Experience in managing relationships with hospitals and health centers. 

  • Strong root cause analysis and effective communication skills in Spanish and English.

Experience and Qualifications:  

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience. 

Flex Workplace: You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site Madrid
