Position Summary:
The Junior International Accountant will assist in supporting core accounting functions for our international offices. Responsibilities will include assisting with reconciliations, consolidations, reporting, tax compliance support, and other ad-hoc projects. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who is eager to learn, possesses strong organizational skills, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical accounting skills and gain exposure to multinational accounting practices.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Assists with the preparation and review of reconciliations (e.g., between Aderant and local statutory systems).

Supports the month-end close process by performing assigned tasks and ensuring compliance with established accounting procedures.

Collaborates with the tax team to provide documentation support for compliance purposes (e.g., inter-company agreements, Transfer Pricing documentation).

Helps prepare and gather data for performance analysis and management reporting.

Participates in efforts to improve processes and workflows under the guidance of senior team members.

Communicates and coordinate with local accountants and internal teams on various accounting matters.
Skills & Competencies:

Basic understanding of AP workflows, ERP systems, and related FX and tax implications (training will be provided).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.

Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to ask questions and learn.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).

Team-oriented and eager to collaborate with colleagues across different departments and locations.

Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Prior Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.

Up to 2 years of accounting experience (internships or entry-level roles in corporate or public accounting preferred).

Familiarity with large-scale ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Aderant) is a plus, but not required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Interest in working with international teams or exposure to multinational organizations is a plus.

Self-motivated and eager to develop technical accounting skills.
