We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Internal Sales Support to be the liaison between sales and accounting. In this role, you will ensure seamless processing of sales orders, accurate invoicing, and efficient customer support. Your work will help maintain smooth internal operations by bridging teams and ensuring that key information flows correctly. Primary Responsibilities:

Prepare offers, order confirmations, and sales orders to support the sales team.

Assist existing customers with inquiries about our services and offerings.

Collaborate with accounting on invoice preparation and bookkeeping tasks.

Provide management with regular reporting.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in internal sales; knowledge of accounting is a plus.

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and accounting software (DATEV).
