DESCRIPTION

Pontera is looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic Internal Sales Associate (ISA) to join our team. As an ISA, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with large RIA’s (Registered Investment Advisors) and IBDs (Independent Broker Dealers), on behalf of Pontera. You’ll find yourself with a massive opportunity for growth, with support from management and mentors. You’ll gain invaluable sales experience in a place where your work and efforts will be instantly seen and felt.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify leads and generate new business through proactive outbound prospecting.
  • Conduct demo calls over Zoom with prospects.
  • Utilize excellent organizational skills to create an accurate and relevant follow up prospect list.
  • Deliver an engagement strategy consisting of value-added resources, research, data, and due diligence materials throughout the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to enhance organizational alignment and optimize efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven expertise in cultivating strong professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, demonstrating teamwork, constructive feedback, and active participation.
  • Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency and professionalism, coupled with a persistent and proactive approach.
  • Demonstrated history of achieving outstanding performance and results.
