What You'll Bring:
- 10 years plus years relevant professional experience in an internal communications settting
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to write, edit, produce and present creative and compelling content

- Experience with pulling and tracking communications analytics, as well as distilling performance insights and conducting regular reporting to ensure outcomes are aligned with business objectives
- Ability to manage budgets and vendors
- Bachelor’s degree
What We’d Love to See:

Impact You'll Make:
This role will act as a key member of the Corporate Affairs & Communications team responsible for managing internal communications production — bringing content to life through TransUnion’s internal digital channels by developing strategic campaigns and leveraging channels to maximize reach and associate engagement. This role will oversee a team of content production specialists and will partner with colleagues on the Internal Communications team to implement strategic communications programs and campaigns, serving as a key consultant in delivery and channel strategy.
- Lead and drive continuous improvement of our internal digital channel strategy, including our intranet, email, newsletter, digital signage, video, chat and more
- Develop and deliver compelling content
- Apply UI/UX principles to enhance the associate experience on our digital platform
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of our channels, using feedback and data analysis to make improvements
- Influence the evolution of our digital channels, developing strategic recommendations to enhance the team’s impact, efficiency the associate experience
- Support internal storytelling efforts, working with internal communications partners to source and develop content to drive culture and productivity
- Oversee the team’s editorial calendar, channel governance and processes, helping to organize communications delivery to ensure a positive associate experience
- Support additional Corporate Affairs & Communications strategic projects/initiatives as required

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :
The U.S. base salary range for this position is $106,700.00 - $160,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.
Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
