The Internal Communications Intern – Visual Content Creator will play a pivotal role in supporting the internal communication strategies of the organization.  
 
As a Internal Communication Intern – Visual Contetn Creator your goal will be to learn about and contribute to creating engaging video and graphic content for internal communication internal channels. You will work to increase employee engagement and content reach in line with other internal communication content in Internal communication channels (Viva Engage platform, Sharepoint, Teams) and different internal communication formats.   

You will assist in creating and distributing engaging content to enhance internal communication channels, fostering a positive and informed workplace environment. Your responsibilities will extend to analyzing traffic patterns and optimizing the content creation process to maximize reach and impact. You will create content in both Croatian and English, ensuring it resonates with our diverse global audience.  

  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Creating visual assets, including photography, graphic design, and video content for compelling and effective internal communication content. 
  • Collaborate with team members to gather information and insights for content creation to expand reach, boost brand visibility, and enhance traffic. 
  • Brainstorming, creating, and publishing content across various internal communication channels in English and Croatian. 
  • Enhancing content quality, monitoring audience engagement, and analyzing responses to posted content. 
  • Assist in measurement and presentation of the results of communication activities. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align communication efforts with organizational goals. 
  • Support the planning and execution of internal events. 

  

More about you:  

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
  • You possess strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Croatian. 
  • You have a creative mindset and excel at generating innovative ideas for digital visual content. 
  • Having knowledge of Canva, video production, photo and video editing, creative storytelling, and being aware of new tools for content creation. 
  • You are familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms, especially social media. 
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office. 
  • You are passionate about technology. 
  • You can work full time.
  • You are available to start work on July 7th, 2025.
  • You hold valid student rights from „Studentski Centar“ throughout the entire internship period (6 months).

  

Internship timeline:

  • CV screening & 1st interview (during April & May) 
  • Recruitment task (home assignments) (During May & June) 
  • Final interviews and selection process feedback (June) 
  • Start of the internship program (1 week orientation in Zagreb Infobip campus) - July 7th 
  • End of the Internship program (January)
