Roles and Responsibilities:
•Assist in performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Operational
•Readiness Testing (ORT) test results and highlight discrepancies or issues.
•Prepare reports and summaries for ongoing system enhancement activities.
•Maintain organized records for hospital payment-related tasks and payment reconciliations.
•Assist in completing management-related tasks such as document completion, review report and summarize, validate issue follow-up, and other assignments related to system or hospital payment matters as directed by the supervisor.
Requirements:
•MS Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint).
•Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and willingness to learn
•Ability to work in a team environment.
•People knowledge on IT, System or business background is an advantage.
•Basic knowledge of operations, management and system testing is a plus.
